Yes. The sample mold stage delivers 5–10 fully decorated glass samples for your final written approval. For stock designs, samples are free from all 27 categories — you cover courier only.
Roughly 25,000 × 750 ml bottles carton-packed, or about 22,000 for irregular shapes; about 60,000 × 12 oz bottles. A container-loading plan is part of every quote, so you know the numbers before booking freight.
Your bottle design and mold are exclusive to your brand — we never run them for another customer. Between runs we maintain the tooling, and when a production mold reaches the end of its service life we replace it free of charge, so long-run SKUs keep their schedule.
Yes. Project drawings and briefs are handled in confidence, and we sign an NDA on request — standard practice for the larger brands we work with.
Yes — a reference bottle is one of the standard starting points. Our engineers reproduce it as a production drawing for your written approval, and because the design is already proven, you can skip the prototype stages and go straight to production tooling. You're welcome to audit the factory before committing.

The MOQ is a production quantity, not a shipping quantity. With our warehousing and logistics service, a completed run can be stored and released in separate shipments as your bottling schedule requires.

Four levers, roughly in order: glass grade (extra-flint costs more than flint), glass weight (NNPB lightweighting cuts both glass cost and freight per container), the number of decoration passes, and order volume. Tell us your target shelf price and we'll spec the bottle backwards from it.
We don't recommend it — the 5–10 decorated samples are the checkpoint that protects you before production tooling is cut. The skip makes sense only when you're transferring a bottle that's already in production elsewhere and the design is proven.
